From corporate dinners to dreamy weddings, her passion for planning kept growing. In 2014, she packed her bags for Los Angeles, diving into the world of art and entertainment events. Little did she know, LA had more than just career opportunities in store—it’s where she met her now-husband, setting the stage for her next big adventure.

 

By 2015, Colorado was calling, and Kaitlin answered! With a renewed focus on wedding planning and music festival coordination, she crisscrossed the U.S. and Mexico, orchestrating everything from intimate ceremonies to large-scale music events—all while helping manage a Northern Colorado music venue.

 

Then came 2020. While planning her own wedding, Kaitlin found herself navigating the ultimate curveball—reshaping her big day on the fly. Armed with problem-solving skills, creativity, and a dream team of rockstar vendors, she turned the unexpected into an unforgettable, intimate celebration.
