A 2020 COVID bride herself, Kaitlin comes from a widespread event planning background. She began her career as a Wedding Coordinator in Atlanta, GA after graduating from the University of Georgia in 2011.

After a short stint of working in corporate dinner planning, while continuing to sharpen her wedding coordination skills, she relocated to Los Angeles, CA in 2014, to further explore a career in planning and coordination of art and entertainment events. During this time is where she would meet her now-husband, thus influencing her next move to Colorado.

​

In 2015 Kaitlin once again decided to pack her bags, this time for Colorado, with a focus on wedding and music festival planning and coordination. Since 2015 Kaitlin has worked with couples to bring their wedding goals to life, and well as traveled throughout the US & Mexico working events such as Coachella, EDC Las Vegas, Playing in the Sand, and Crash my Playa; and for the last several summers she has spent her time managing and executing select VIP programs at Red Rocks Amphitheater.

While planning her own wedding, set for August 2020, Kaitlin was suddenly hit with having to restructure her big day if she and her husband wanted to keep their original date. Luckily, paired with a team of carefully selected (superstar) vendors, and Kaitlin’s problem-solving skills, she was able to create a perfectly intimate and safe event.
